TrackLife

ZETA-TECH’s TrackLife system is an integrated track geometry analysis and forecasting system that generates surfacing and alignment maintenance plans for the railway. TrackLife calculates time to next surfacing interval for each track segment, and generates an annual forecast of TQI levels, by segment, together with the forecast surfacing cycles. The TrackLife program includes Track Quality Indices (TQIs) that allow for the comparison of the condition of the track on a comparative basis. TrackLife calculates a surfacing due date for each segment and develops a short, medium, and long term maintenance program.
