Technical Training

ZETA-TECH’s training and instructional programs have won appreciation and commendation from the industry. Training seminars and programs can be established in such areas as track maintenance, track inspection, maintenance of CWR and derailment investigation. Seminars are always delivered by experts in the field with knowledge and understanding of learning concepts as well as technical expertise.

By analyzing problem areas for training-related causes, ZETA-TECH recommends appropriate solutions. It also develops all appropriate training materials for such sessions including instructor guides, student manuals and job aids. The incorporation of existing forms and standards for the individual railroad is done as part of the “customization” process for each course.
